Make sure the load-bearing of the floor can support 291 kg + weight of the user.
Free-ceiling height of at least 250 cm.
Power outlet within 150 cm from the phone booth.
If the office is located on a higher floor, please confirm the availability, dimensions and load-bearing of the elevator.
Check local fire regulations and requirements regarding installation. E.g. for offices equipped with sprinklers, authorities might require a separate sprinkler for Phone booths/Meeting Pods. The cost for sprinkler installation is not included in the price.
